Will definitely put my cat here again. Knew this from an online search cuz I wasn't satisfied with the other cat hotels out there.
At Ryokan Génétique what caught my attention was the BIG HUGE cabin size (the kind that when I go into, I won't feel claustrophobic) & amount of play time.  They were also able to serve supper to cats. Like ???? Shocked.

First few days my cat didn't eat (it's normal), they send me WhatsApp updates and veryyyy prompt to replies. Everyone was friendly and approachable.

Wanted to shout out how amazing Ryokan Genetique is. Got to know the business through a friend recommendation and I must say they are amazing cat caretakers.

Context is that my cat, Nathan, is actually very easily intimidated when going to new locations and often it takes quite a while for him to warm up to places. Even during my first night bringing him home from adoption, he was quite nasty to us. At Ryokan Genetique, they took really good care of him, giving him space to get used to the place and sending us frequent daily updates especially this is the first time we are away from our cat T.T. More than that, through the days, they actually managed to win Nathan over and Nathan even let them to carry after staying there for only a week. I could tell that Nathan was really well taken there too!

Definitely recommend to all cat owners to visit there and book their cat into this cat hotel because I can guaranteed they are really well taken care of. The environment is clean and quiet and the owners and workers there are very considerate, friendly and helpful as well!

We left Olympia (a 1.5 year old Bengal) for 10 days at Ryokan Genetique for our holiday and the service provided was nothing short of exceptional. Stephanie updated us very regularly, even without us asking for updates. The cctv was also adjusted nicely for us to view Olympia easily and at all times.

The plus point was also how the Ryokan has  someone around all the time. At one point Olympia's collar got stuck at her mouth and there was immediate reaction from the management to help her out. This helps us feel much more confident of leaving our cats there.
